Hi, I fixed some mistakes in your title page, but I'm not sure I got everything right. Current meaning is:

"My homepage at the polish wiktionary"
"I create konto to the lithuanian wiktionary and learning lithuanian language. Correct my mistakes please".

I have no clue what is that konto so I left unchanged :)
